Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to orders placed through www.norgesoutdoor.com by consumers and business customers. They do not limit any mandatory rights you have under consumer law in your country of residence.

2. Products and configurations
We sell wooden outdoor structures and related products, including pergolas, terrace roofs, carports, bike and moto shelters, entrance and mailbox structures, and custom projects. The website lets you choose a model, size, finish, roof option, transport and assembly.
Products are made or prepared to order. Wood is a natural material: colour, grain, knots and small movements or surface cracks can vary and are not necessarily defects. Photographs and colour samples are indicative; we will confirm the selected finish in your order confirmation. Dimensions may have normal manufacturing tolerances.
3. Order process and acceptance
Submitting the checkout form is a request to order, not automatic acceptance. We send an order confirmation by email after reviewing the configuration, price, delivery address and availability. A contract is formed when we accept the order in writing or when we confirm that production or delivery will proceed.
If a price, description or availability error is obvious, or if delivery to the address is not possible, we may decline the order and will tell you before taking payment. We may also ask you to confirm site access or technical details before accepting a made-to-order item.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices shown on the website include VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. Transport and assembly are shown separately where they are optional or not included. The total shown at checkout is the amount we will confirm in the order confirmation.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is 100% in advance by bank transfer. Production starts after the payment is received. The order confirmation contains the bank details and payment reference. Bank charges charged by your own bank are your responsibility.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries and areas we confirm at checkout or in writing. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on production, transport and access. We will contact you to arrange a delivery window where possible.
You must provide safe access for the delivery vehicle and enough space to unload and store the goods. If delivery cannot be completed because access is blocked, the address or contact details are wrong, or nobody is available, we may charge the reasonable cost of a failed delivery or return. Please inspect the goods on delivery and report visible damage or missing parts promptly, with photographs where possible.
Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered, or when they are handed to the carrier if you arrange your own transport.
6. Assembly
Professional assembly is optional and is included only when you select it and it is confirmed in the order. The site must be accessible and ready: a suitable base, clear working space, safe access and any required utilities or permits are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If the site is not ready or additional work is needed, we may agree a revised date and price before continuing. Assembly does not include building permits, foundations, electrical work, landscaping or removal of existing structures unless expressly agreed.
7. Your responsibilities
- Check that the product, size, finish, roof option, delivery address and services are correct before submitting the order.
- Obtain any permits, homeowner or community approvals, and check property boundaries and underground services.
- Provide a suitable base and safe access, and keep the site clear for delivery and assembly.
- Follow the care and maintenance instructions supplied with the product.
8. Changes and cancellation
Changes requested after acceptance may affect the price and lead time. We will confirm any change in writing before carrying it out.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Whether that right applies depends on the product and whether it has been made to your specification. We will confirm the applicable position before accepting your order. To cancel, contact us in writing at info@norgesoutdoor.com.
If production has already started, we may charge for work already performed and materials ordered, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
9. Defects and warranty
We are responsible for defects that existed when the goods were delivered, in accordance with the statutory conformity rules that apply to your order. Please contact us promptly with your order reference, photographs and a description. We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy, which may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation where the law allows.
Normal wear, weather exposure, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation, modifications by you or a third party, and damage caused by accidents or misuse are not manufacturing defects. Small natural movements and surface cracks in timber are normal unless they affect safety or function.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business opportunity. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
11. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, supplier failure, strikes, illness, fire, flood or government action. We will tell you promptly and agree a revised date or a fair solution.
12. Intellectual property
Our plans, drawings, photographs, text and website design remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without permission. This does not prevent you from using your own order documents for your project.
13. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at info@norgesoutdoor.com so we can try to resolve the matter. Consumers may also contact their local consumer protection authority. These terms are governed by Estonian law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of the law in their country of residence.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the current version.
